Emiliano has a background in nuclear engineering, with degrees from Politecnico di Milano and École Polytechnique de Bruxelles, and holds a PhD in image analysis from KU Leuven.

Before joining Mind as CEO, he held leadership roles in deep-tech companies, including CTO at a spinoff of the Belgian Nuclear Research Centre, where he worked on medical instruments for ionizing radiation metrology, and CEO at Easics NV.
