Purposes of the processing
Essensium collects and processes personal data for the sole purpose of customer/supplier management (customer administration, invoicing, solvency follow-up, and the sending of marketing and personalised advertising) and for informing you on our events and business related topics.
Legal foundation for the processing
Personal data is processed based on Article 6.1. ((a) consent, (b) required for the implementation of an agreement, (c) required to satisfy a legal obligation, (f) required for the protection of our legitimate interest in entrepreneurship) of the General Data Protection Act.Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place based on Article 6.1. a) (consent), you always have the right to withdraw the given consent.
Transfer to third parties
If required to achieve the set purposes, personal data will be shared with other companies within the European Economic Area, which are linked directly or indirectly with Essensium or with any other partner of Essensium. Your personal data shall not be transferred to a country outside of the EEA. Essensium guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures for the protection of personal data.
Your personal data may be stored by Essensium as long as necessary to satisfy legal requirements and to achieve the above purpose or for a shorter period if you inform Essensium that you do no longer wish to be listed in its database.
Right to inspection, improvement, deletion, limitation, objection and transferability of personal data
At all times, you have the right to (i) access your personal data; (ii) request the correction of your personal data if and to the extent you can prove such data is inaccurate; (iii) request the deletion of your personal data if the conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation are met; (iv) limit the processing of your personal data based on Article 6.1 (f), (v) object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your personal situation and/or request its restriction; and (vi) request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and readable format.You can exercise these rights any time by writing to Essensium at the following address: Laathofstraat 27,
